"Not really my style at first glance"
Just going off the pictures, the bedrug stuff didn’t really grab me. The product photos and overall look feel a bit dated, and in a few shots the fit seems kind of off. I mean, maybe it actually works great once it’s installed, who knows. But then again, looks do matter to me, and that alone would probably make me pass on it...

Pretty straightforward experience. I ordered what I needed, and that’s exactly what showed up. No problems or surprises, which is really all you expect.

"It was okay overall"
The site was fine for the most part, but the navigation did get a little confusing at times. That said, it wasn’t a huge issue, and I was still able to find what I needed eventually

"Didn’t protect my truck bed"
I bought this hoping it would actually keep my truck bed from getting torn up, but it still ended up scratched badly. disappointed. I’m not even sure it’s worth reaching out to customer service because I never feel like they actually do much besides give you the runaround.

"I was expecting the BedRug to feel..."
I was expecting the BedRug to feel a bit tougher for the price. It fits fine enough, but the material feels thinner than I thought it would. I’ve had it in for a few weeks, actually, maybe it’s been closer to a month, I’m not totally sure, but it already has a couple spots that look more worn than I expected. It’s not awful, just doesn’t feel as durable or high quality as I was hoping.

"Customer service took way too long"
I had to explain my issue over and over while getting passed from one person to another, which felt totally unnecessary. In the end, nobody really fixed anything, so it was just a frustrating waste of time.

"Seems to be holding up well after 2 years"
I’ve had my bedrug in the truck for a little over two years now, and so far it’s been solid. I’ve used it for hauling tools, mulch, muddy gear, and stuff like that, and it still looks good overall. I haven’t noticed any weird smell, and it’s been easy enough to hose off when it gets dirty. it’s probably held up a bit better than I expected

"Held up through a downpour"
We got hit with some heavy rain, and the water just beaded right off. Checked the bed afterward and it was still dry, so that was a nice little relief.

"I had a problem with my BedRug and..."
I had a problem with my BedRug and reached out to warranty support. They did eventually take care of it, so I’ll give them that, but it took way more back-and-forth emails than I expected. It also felt like the issue wasn’t being handled very carefully at first, which made the whole thing more annoying. Not the worst experience, just slower and more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Surprisingly Decent Packaging"
The packaging showed up in really good shape, which I wasn’t totally expecting. The box was sturdy enough and everything inside arrived just fine, so credit where it’s due.

"I actually liked the fit when I..."
I actually liked the fit when I first put it in, so I thought I was all set. Then I hauled some warm gear and left the truck parked in the sun, because apparently that’s an extreme test now. It started getting soft and a little warped in a few spots. Maybe it’s fine for light use, but for my truck it didn’t hold up the way I hoped

"Still hurts my feet... make it make sense"
I bought this thinking it would make standing in the truck bed a little easier on my feet, but it doesn’t. It feels hard and kind of cheap, not cushy or comfortable like I was expecting. I stood on it for a few minutes and my feet were still sore, so make it make sense. It might be fine for protecting the truck bed, but if you’re buying it for comfort, I wouldn’t get your hopes up.

"Not as mold-proof as I was hoping"
I really thought this would hold up better against mold, but after a few wet weeks, it started getting some musty spots. I cleaned it two times, and the smell is still kind of there. Not terrible, but I expected a better result from it.

"Didn’t fit my truck like the listing claimed"
I ordered the BedRug that was supposedly listed for my truck, but once I tried installing it, it was clear something was off. The holes didn’t line up, the edges weren’t sitting right, and the tailgate piece looked awkward no matter how I adjusted it.
Support wasn’t exactly eager to sort it out, so now I’m stuck dealing with a return after waiting for it to arrive. Maybe the fitment info isn’t as accurate as it should be, so I’d definitely double-check everything before buying...

"Holding up alright so far"
The bed rug feels decent overall, but I did notice the corners starting to wear down sooner than I expected (especially with normal use). It’s not a huge issue or anything, just thought it would hold up a little better.

"Finally a little peace from the rattling"
I mainly got this because I was so tired of dealing with all the rattling in the bed, like of course my truck had to be the noisy one. It actually helped a lot, though. Road noise and loose stuff back there are way less irritating now. It’s not completely perfect, but compared to what I was putting up with before, I’m happy with it...

"Fasteners have held up better than I expected"
I’m giving this 4 stars because, for how I’ve been using them, the fasteners have done their job well. I’ve hauled a few things around and they’ve stayed put so far, which is really what I cared about most. One of them was a little annoying to get lined up at first, but once it clicked into place, it hasn’t popped loose or given me any trouble

"Install was trickier than I expected"
Honestly , I thought this would be a quick install , but it ended up taking me way longer than expected . Getting everything lined up was the biggest hassle .

"Good value for what you get"
I picked up a BedRug for my truck i’m happy with it. It fits good, feels good, and just makes the bed a lot more useful day to day. I did look at some cheaper options, but this one felt like it was worth spending a little more because it seems like it’ll hold up. Shipping was fine, nothing weird there. Overall, no real complaints from me
